Just a 2-minute walk from Ris Beach—simply cross the road behind the dunes—and 5 minutes from the promenade and local restaurants. The municipal sports center is next door, and the town square is a 15-minute walk away. This area has become a popular tourist destination in recent years. The apartment is on the ground floor with step-free access throughout, making it ideal for guests with reduced mobility. Self check-in is available for your convenience. There is free parking by the beach behind the dunes during the summer, and by the accommodation door in the regular season. Street parking is also available. The apartment offers: - Living-dining room with TV and on-demand video. - Separate fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dryer, and more. - 1 bedroom with a double bed (135x190). - 1 bedroom with two single beds (90x190). - 2 bathrooms (1 half bath and 1 full bath). - Patio/balcony. Maximum capacity: 4 guests. A baby crib is available. You will have access to the entire property. Towels, bed linen, soap, toilet paper, hairdryer, and Wi-Fi are included. Heating is provided by a boiler with thermostat, radiators in all rooms, and hot water from the same system. There is no air conditioning. One pet is allowed. There is a shared children's play area. Events are not permitted.
